Having already worked with Maureen on the sale of a home and condo purchase 8 years ago, she was the only choice for my recent condo listing when it was time to sell. Professional, courteous and with a well-respected reputation within the community, Maureen again made the entire transaction an easy and pleasant one. My experience with Maureen has been full circle. When I bought my house, Maureen was the seller's agent. When it came time to selling my house, 10 years later, Maureen was the first realtor that I thought of. Selling a house during a pandemic was concerning, but Maureen made it possible and fluid. She had a vision, an answer for all of my concerns, and made sure that all protocol was met out of respect for our comforts of people coming into our home.
